Kirkus Reviews has given my forthcoming book, American Nations: A History of the Eleven Rival Regional Cultures of North America, a starred review. The full text posted on their website today, although non-subscribers will have to wait until the print edition comes out later this month to see it for free.
In June, Publisher's Weekly included American Nations in their Top Ten Politics list for the fall season. I, of course, hopes this bodes well for the forthcoming launch.
