I'm currently in theformerCzechoslovakiaatthe start ofanextended reporting trip. Most of my workthistimearoundisconnected in somewayoranotherwiththe 20thanniversaryofthecollapseofcommunism (oratleasttheWarsawPact). It's a personallymeaningfulmilestone, as I wasliving in the region in 1989 (asanexchange student atthethen-Karl Marx University ofEconomics in Budapest) andsaw many ofthatfall's eventsfirsthand.
